The scale is one of the biggest head wreckers in fitness.
Up 1kg?
Probably water.
Carbs. Salt. Timing. Digestion. Life.
Not instant fat gain.
If your only progress marker is the scale, you’re playing the game wrong.
Look at strength. Photos. Measurements. Energy. How your clothes fit.
Save this for the next time gravity hurts your feelings. 😅

Lifestyle: Managing Stress; Part 2
Stress isn’t just “feeling overwhelmed.”
It’s a full-body hijack.
Higher blood pressure.
Poor digestion.
Hormones thrown off.
Recovery in the bin.
And yet most men try to out-train stress instead of actually dealing with it.
You can’t PR your way out of chronic cortisol.
Train hard, sure.
But learn to switch off too.
Save this as a reminder that recovery is part of the plan—not a luxury. 👊🏼
