🔥 We all start somewhere. For me (Nic), I started exercising by walking a few days a week because my nutrionist insisted on it.

Then I went to a gym treadmill because it was winter. There I discovered strength training and met Karl. When Karl started KW Fitness, I went along.. I still haven’t left.

Beginning can be hard and we have lots of people in our Punchpass database that have made accounts and never stepped into a class. This is the post for you.

KW is a small group training studio, so we get to know the people who train with us, we support each other whatever the goals are.
