Come down and give it a go!! We have an amazing community along with the best coaches who will take good care of you ☺️
We have 14 different style classes: Cardio, Strength and everything in between…..

We have a special offer for any new sign ups during this time….

➡️ Half price for your first 4 weeks training (we are $62 a week)

➡️ 30% of our Heart Rate Monitors (normally $120)

➡️ 2x Free Evolt Scans (valued at $30 each for non members)

BFT BLITZ BFT Pukekohe 🩵🤍🖤

What a day!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our first ever BFT Blitz event, what a turn out team! Whether you competed, cheered from the sidelines, volunteered with waves, cooked food, or helped behind the scenes, this day wouldn’t have been possible without you all so thanks again.

Hope everyone had a blast like we did! Definitely a memorable day for everyone who attended.

Okay, so teams are all sorted for our BFT Puke Blitz Challenge this coming Sunday 26th July 🤩

Kick off is from 9am onwards….
BBQ will be ready at the finish line, drinks in the chilly bin (please bring your own water), good music, great vibes, Jarney commentating!! It will be a great morning 😁

Just a reminder for non members/members on hold there will be a $10 fee, which can be paid cash on the day to myself ☺️

For any non members that have been thinking about joining BFT Pukekohe, we will be running an on the day special which will include their first 4 weeks half price (we are $62 pw) & 2 Evolt Scans ($30 each for non members) so a savings of $184!!
