Dru Yoga With Elaine

Family and friends, it is with very heavy hearts that we inform you that our beloved Elaine passed away unexpectedly in Wellington Hospital on Saturday evening, 09 July. We are devastated, but we know that she would want us to focus on our happy memories, shared experiences and the positive impact she made on all of our lives.

Therefore, please join us for a celebration of her life at Port Marlborough Pavilion, Waikawa Road, Picton on Tuesday 19 July at 1.30pm. A life so vibrantly lived deserves to be vibrantly remembered – we intend to dress in bright colours and invite you to do the same. For those who are unable to attend in person, the service will be live streamed from Elaine’s memorial page at www.cloudybayfunerals.co.nz.

Elaine’s time with the students of Picton School gave her huge joy – in lieu of flowers, we ask for donations to be made in her name to the Nikau Class. We will provide details of the easiest way to do this here in the coming days.

This is a whakataukī meaning ‘The Tōtara has fallen in the forest of Tane’ – a metaphor for the death of someone of mana and great importance.

Good afternoon everyone, looking forward to sharing some more wonderful Dru yoga tomorrow.
Also, I will be dedicating our Friday 17 June class to 'Back Care', so if you or your friends have any back issues please do not hesitate to pop along to our class and relax and enjoy some restorative yoga for your back.
And on Friday 24 June I will be doing a class to celebrate Matariki so another exciting class with lots of lovely flowing sequences for you to enjoy.

I am so looking forward to welcoming you all back this coming Friday 13th May. Thank you all for your patience as I have been ill but ready to share beautiful Dru yoga with you all again. Dru Yoga With Elaine will be back on Friday 22 April at 9.15am in the Pavilion, Endeavour Park, Picton
I am excited to be sharing a new sequence with you all and some more muscle strengthening for our posture work and also a lovely relaxation, the perfect way to start our weekend in wonderful bliss
