The HK Māori side kick off their campaign this Saturday in Foxton, taking on Whanganui at Easton Park with a 1:00pm kick-off.

Hello to our PRFC rugby community

Just wanted to update everyone about a little project of ours. We wanted to get jerseys that were donated by old boys, properly framed and preserved for our club.

We recently framed Mike Nuttings NZ junior jersey from 1978 as well as Christain Cullen Hong Kong sevens shirt from 1995.

There are still 4 jerseys waiting to be framed.

Paul Steinmetz Wellington Lions NPC jersey from the victorious NPC final against Canterbury in 2000 along with his winners medal.

Paraparaumu 75th jubliee jersey 1996

Queensland jersey which we found out was donated by Brian Seymour when he played for Horowhenua against Queensland in 1970.

Italy jersey which we think was donated by Mark Thomson (Rangi Phelps yarn) when Mark played for Horowhenua against Italy in 1980. If anyone has more info on that jersey the club would appreciate it.

We are looking for donations. Or if anyone would like to cover the cost of a jersey being framed that would be a massive help. We want these these hung proud in the club rooms where they belong.

Congratulations to our PRFC players Jaksen, Hayden, Jacob, Thomas, Dontae and Dallas for there selection in the HKRFU Under 21 squad for the upcoming Heartland U21 Development Series.

Our boys head up to Napier tomorrow to play Poverty Bay, 2pm Tremaine Park.
