Freddie Wyatt is a family man who deserves more time with the people he loves.

He represented New Zealand as a Black Sox softball player from 1986–2000, proudly wearing the silver fern on the world stage, along with Wellington, NZ Māori, and top clubs throughout his career.

Earlier this year, Freddie was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer and given an estimated survival time of six to twelve months.
He has been accepted into an overseas clinical trial that offers hope of more time, but the costs are extremely high.

Freddie has a loving wife and three children at home, doing their best through an incredibly tough time and hoping for more precious moments together as a family.
Even if you don’t know Freddie personally, he is one of ours a New Zealand sportsman who has represented our country with pride, and now it’s our turn to back him.

Any koha, big or small, would mean so much.
