Journeys: Bronze Students - Friday 26th September 10am to Saturday 27th 3pm.
Silver Students - Friday 26th September 10am to Sunday 28th 2pm.

Registrations are open for DUKE OF EDINBURGH Bronze and Silver Training, Practice and Qualifying Journeys. The journeys will take place in the Term 1 holidays in Taupo.
🚵TRAINING SESSION: Monday 14th April.
🔸BRONZE JOURNEY: Tuesday 15th - Wednesday 16th April.
🔹SILVER JOURNEY: Tuesday 15th - Thursday 17th April.

My final Spirited Women - All Women's Adventure Race MTB Skills Clinic for 2024 was in Wellington. Another group of fantastic women eager to learn and gain confidence. At present I am located in Hawkes Bay and Wellington so happy to run group sessions for ladies out there that need a hand over the summer months in either location. There are some fantastic trails and skills areas available at this park so put it on your list of ‘must do’ places to ride if you havent ventured over to Taranaki already👌.

First time I have run a Spirited Women - All Women's Adventure Race Clinic in Invercargill…its flat!!! A little challenging to find anything that resembles a hill to teach the fundamental skill of correct body position when riding down.
Heading back across the ditch today ready for the trip to New Plymouth this weekend 🚴🏻‍♀️😊

I thoroughly enjoyed my Spirited Women - All Women's Adventure Race MTB Clinic in Te Anau yesterday with a group of very eager women. All made great progress on their bike skills and now have the knowledge to take care of their bike and repair their bike if necessary on the trails…no more phone homes for help are required!!😃. Just one South Island Clinic left in Invercargill then back to the North Island for New Plymouth (16th Nov) and Wellington (30th Nov) Clinics🚴🏻‍♀️👌

Some of the coolest bike parks I have found when traveling and teaching are the small parks off the beaten track. Maybe its the limited space that encourages them to put more thought into the features they can squeeze in🤔. I have to say that Perenuka is a real hidden gem😍.
