Before the day is done id like to wish one of the main hart beats behind evos continues evolution a massive happy birthday. If people only new how many years you have spent selflessly showing up for each and every one of us just because you are an awesome human. Your ability to to go above and beyound just because you care will always be your biggest attribute 💪🦍. Your journey since first walking through our doors nearly 5 years ago is bye far one of the most special when it comes down to our meaning of evolution!!!. Not only have you found a hole new kick ass version of your self through muaythai, you have been a massive part in helping turn my dream into a reality but also been there to capture everyone eles as well . So from my family and on behalf of the team we hope you had the best day . Im sure there is alot of people lining up to give you there birthday kicks and im also very sorry about the fact my ability to put a post together stops at screenshot from our gram 😂.

We have had to have a shuffle around with some of our classes that just weren’t working very well last term so please take a look and take note of the changes 🦍💪🏼

Our Thursday and Friday classes will have a heavy focus on mastering techniques through shadow boxing, bag/pad rounds and drill sparring. These will be suited for both the beginner and more advanced students alike - Please also note these classes will run from 6pm - 7.30pm

School holidays = more family time! 🤍🦍

Please check the adjusted timetable and as always your kids are more than welcome to come hang out while you train

Also note the Kids Grading Day this coming Saturday. This day is all about celebrating your child’s accomplishments and dedication throughout the term 💪🏼🦍
