Our PBT + Stretch & Conditioning class is designed to help adults build strength, mobility, and beautiful alignment. It blends Pilates‑based core work, targeted stability training, and deep, feel‑good stretching to improve posture, turnout control, balance, and overall body confidence. Perfect for anyone wanting to feel stronger, longer, and more connected in their movement.

A reminder that Term 3 starts on Monday!

Don't forget to sign up for our amazing Jazz and Contemporary workshops this week. Workshops are all $20 in our Palmerston North Studio. All students and dance levels are welcome. You do not have to be a DS member. 😊

Tuesday 14th July 5:30-6:30pm | Contemporary Workshop (Ages 8-14) with Emmery Haxton — This workshop explores creativity, movement, and contemporary technique. Some dance experience is preferred, but all levels are welcome.

Tuesday 14th July 5:30-6:30pm | Open Contemporary Workshop (Ages 15+) with Emmery Haxton — This welcoming class is perfect for older students and adults wanting to explore contemporary dance, whether returning to dance or trying something new.

Friday 17th July 4-5pm | Jazz Workshop (Ages 7-12) with Lauren Ashton — This energetic workshop will develop jazz technique, confidence, and performance skills

These workshops are a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and be inspired.
