After probably the most disruptive start to a netball season we've had in our 4years at the club - Our BLUE team has persevered through it all and got us where we are now SEMI FINALS!

12PM CT4 vs Manu Kura

BLUE are expecting a very fit and agile MK team on Saturday and hope to rectify their own mistakes that cost them the match win when they played earlier in the round robin games.

Weekend results 🥳

Our Freyberg BLUE team are continuing their growth and connections in their new grade coming away with another win over the weekend! They started strong and scored 11 goals in the opening quarter and continued to score big numbers throughout the game. Our defence were picking up some good ball and bringing it through the court nicely utilizing the middle channels , while our middys were working nicely together to make sure the ball was delivered safely to our shooters who were rewarding everyone's hard work!

One more round Robin game to go before the semi finals!

Weekend results!

Team BLUE pulled off a runaway second half to come away with the win! Down 1 in the first quarter and 2 going into halftime, we made some changes on court and the best change by far happened in our shooting circle with our predominantly positioned GS coming out to run at GA - That change added a new style and free flowing play which made it harder for our opposition to adjust. At times our defence was caught chasing but somehow they managed to get us some turnover ball that our shooters were able to capitalize on. Scoring 10 in both the 3rd and 4th quarters helped them get their first won since moving up a grade!
