A hybrid class of Dance Fit and Dance Gentle. Lots of variations and options so you can stay low intensity, or go harder!

Plus cafe social time after.

So much rain last night -- the glow worms seemed to loved it! Their lil butts were glowing so bright 🤩. Our creek had so much water coming down it I could hear the rocks rolling!! Did everyone survive the rain?!

Excited for the week ahead with a full class line up, including Saturday morning!! Woo.

Happy birthday to Mercy Gonzalez from Far North Latin Dance! To celebrate -- there is dance workshops from 2pm today and social dancing from 6pm tonight at the Opua Hall. All welcome!

📽 Projector Dance Along
Next evening is on Sat 12th Sep at Opua Hall from 6pm. All welcome! About 1.5hrs of dancing along to videos, then shared supper around 7.30pm. Finishing up around 9pm.
Also now thinking Possibly another Dance Along late November to celebrate my birthday... 🥰

Next Sat class 5th Sept is inside at Paihia War Mem Hall. Then Nov 7th Sat class will be outside 😍. Possibly no Dec Sat class as the Xmas Parade is on the evening before - which we are doing a walking float for...
Sat Jan 2nd 2027 (whattt) will be our first class of 2027. Some wriggle room on this date.

🎄 Paihia Christmas Parade
Yes we are entering a float!!! Dance Bay and Far North Latin Dance are collaborating and will dance/walk together - parade style, with dancing!!
The theme is 'Circus is coming to Town'. We have a general plan for group costumes (similar not matching) and will share soon. Fri 4th Dec from 5.30pm. Whos keen?!

What a rainy crappy day! Ive been trying out my new Air Fryer so I made some delish crispy scones. They were so good that I had to make a 2nd batch 🤣. And then I also had to air fry some fries for experimental reasons. This weather making me snacky! 😅
