🇳🇺 Rugby League – One Vaka Tri‑Nations 🏉

We’re proud to launch the inaugural One Vaka Tri‑Nations Rugby League Festival at Cornwall Park 🏟 22–23 August 2026 📅 featuring U13, U14, U15 and U17 boys grades 🏉 across our 🇳🇺 teams.

This two‑day event will also serve as our Pasifika Youth Cup 🏆 trials for October/November, with teams playing 4 games over the weekend.

Confirmed 🇳🇺 sides include Counties Manukau 🇳🇺 U13, U14, U15, U17 and Okalana Niue U13 (East and Central teams) U14, U15, U17, bringing together players of Niue heritage from Auckland Rugby League clubs, rugby schools, and 🇳🇿 regions such as Christchurch, Taranaki, Hawke’s Bay, Bay of Plenty, Waikato and 🇦🇺 Brisbane/Sydney.

All players will be allocated to teams based on their club or school, with out‑of‑Auckland players placed into Niue squads on arrival 🏉

On the 10th anniversary of Auckland 🇳🇺 Rugby League, the time is right for our 🇳🇺 community to come together and celebrate 10 Years – One Vaka, and another step in the Vaka to Vaka player pathway – from boys to men, youth pathways to the international stage.

All players must be registered and attend trainings as directed by their team staff.

Pasifika Youth Cup 2026 – U19 Grade Launch 🏆

Pasifika Aotearoa Collective is excited to introduce a new U19 grade for Boys and Girls at the Pasifika Youth Cup 2026 🏉

This new level extends our existing pathways and gives our rangatahi another step to grow, compete, and represent their nations with pride.

This is a key milestone in strengthening our PAC player pathway – from younger grades right through to U19, we’re building a clearer bridge towards higher honours.

We are proud to confirm a Pasifika Youth Cup 🏆 Festival Venue Partnership between the Pasifika Aotearoa Collective and Ōtara Rugby League Football Club – Home of the Scorpions 🦂. For the next three years, all Pasifika Youth Cup 🏆 festivals will be hosted in Ōtara, right in the heart of South Auckland.

This partnership brings together our shared commitment to culture, community, and grassroots rugby league, creating a space where our young people can play, connect, and celebrate who they are 💯

Ten years, One vaka – our Anniversary Jersey has landed 🇳🇺

This 2026 Pasifika Youth Cup 🏆 strip is a modern take on the very first Auckland 🇳🇺 Rugby League rep jersey, linking a decade of teams who have worn our colours and those still to come.

It’s the same design worn when Heilum Luki (now North Queensland Cowboys) 🇳🇺 first represented Niue at the inaugural Pasifika Youth Cup 🏆, and now it carries the next generation of Niue players and communities – island and diaspora – onto the field together.
