BQH Winter Race 7 - Final in the Winter Series!
Sunday 6th September
Race start 13:30 hrs
All Skippers and Crews, get your game faces on and boats prepped for the final race of the BQH Winter Series.
Race results and Prizegiving will be on D Marina on completion of racing.
There is no BBQ at the club after the race. We have a Father's Day brunch at the club during the day if you can't make the racing, email [email protected] to reserve your table.

Waitemata Harbour
- Upper Harbour, Special mark “Meola racing buoy A” is to be permanently relocated to approximately 150m ENE of its charted position in the coming weeks.

Hauraki Gulf
- Motuihe Channel, the light on No.1 Starboard buoy has been reported as not working, this is currently being worked on and will be remedied when the buoy is replaced. (Cat A,POAL)
- The drying bank to the south of Karamuramu Island (Kawakawa Bay) - Due to the severe shoaling (as per Local Notice to Mariners 19-25) the South Cardinal has been temporarily changed to show as a special mark beacon. (Cat A, MNZ).
This area has now been surveyed (see attached), mariners are advised to navigate this area with caution, new AtoN configuration to be installed soon.
- Motukorea Channel, Special mark “Iliomama harbour racing buoy” is to be permanently relocated to approximately 1.3NM ENE of its charted position in the coming weeks.
