This past weekend a group of our players travelled to Palmerston North to compete in PCA’s Two day Christmas League. Considering that they were the youngest team to enter, the results they produced was outstanding. Competing against some elite teams and elite players.

The team made it all the way to the finals but fell short against experienced vets Jun Garrovillo, Alvin Soqueño and Phil-Maori pro player Taine Davis who plays for the College of Saint Benilde in the NCAA Philippines and Imus Agimat in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). It was a tight game from start to finish but our team was unable to sink their shots and pull a lead which led to their defeat. Nevertheless, we’re proud of your efforts!

Two Beers are defending their title against Westcoast Taranaki for the second time in 3 seasons. Will Two Beers complete a threepeat or will Westcoast Taranaki have a taste of their first title?!

We invite everyone to come and support the teams participating tomorrow as the season nears. There will also be a Half court shootout for a chance to win $50 cash prize during the championship game’s halftime break. See you all!!🏆
