Hi everyone, my names Mia, I’m a local Taranaki lady.

This page represents the beginning of my journey into facilitating here in New Plymouth. A notice board, where I will share up-coming workshops, local events and classes running around the town.

Hoop Dance is the focus, enjoying the natural sway of our bodies and discovering our own love of expressive exercise. Jogging or lengths of a pool never seemed to hold my attention the way a floating hoop does.

I wish to share with you the magic of illusion, the simple pleasure of dance and the confidence boosting effects of learning to love the way we move.
