Tasman Golf U19 Junior Inter-Provincials Raffle Winners

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Tasman Golf U19 Junior Inter-Provincials Raffle, and congratulations to all of our prize winners.

We had 50 fantastic prizes up for grabs, including rounds of golf, golf lessons, merchandise, meat packs and plenty more.

A massive thank you to all of the golf clubs, PGA Professionals, businesses and individuals who generously donated prizes. Your support makes a huge difference in helping our junior golfers represent Tasman.

On behalf of the juniors and their fundraising raffle I wish to thank you for your support for those who purchased a ticket and the clubs, PGA Pros and businesses who contributed. The final aspect of their junior fundraising is The Auction for the Canterbury Golf & Accommodation Package. This will take place at the Tasman Quad & Westrupp event at Greenacres on Sat 20th September. Early closed bids will be accepted alongside bids on the day.

The lucky purchaser will secure:

• 4 x Rounds of Golf at Russley Golf Club
• 4 x Carts at Russley
• 4 x Rounds of Golf at Terrace Downs Resort
• 4 x Carts at Terrace Downs
• 2 x Nights’ Accommodation for 4 people in a two-bedroom apartment at the Milano Christchurch

🏌️ Tasman Representative Results | 25–26 July 2026

A huge thank you to Marlborough Golf Club for hosting the first Tasman Men’s Quad and Women’s Lucas Salver & May Rowling representative events on 25–26 July.

Despite challenging mid-winter conditions, including persistent rain and the threat of frost, the event ran exceptionally smoothly with all matches completed. A special thank you to our referees, Mike and Steve, for keeping play moving while ensuring player safety throughout the weekend.

Women’s Results

The Eastern/Western team produced a dominant performance, claiming both representative trophies:
🏆 Lucas Salver – Eastern/Western defeated Northern/Southern 11–1
🏆 May Rowling – Eastern/Western defeated Northern/Southern 12–0

🏌️‍♂️ Tasman Futures Open #4 | Nelson Golf Club 🏌️‍♀️

The Tasman Futures Open returns these school holidays with our fourth event of the year heading to Nelson Golf Club on Monday 6 July.

Open to junior golfers aged 7+ of all abilities, with 18, 9, and 6 hole divisions available. Whether you're an experienced player or new to the game, it's a great opportunity to get out on the course, develop your skills, make new friends, and have some fun.

Applications are now open for one Appointed Board Member position on the Tasman Golf Board.

This position will help complete the six person Tasman Golf Board, with the successful applicant to be confirmed at the 2026 Annual General Meeting, to be held at Murchison Golf Club on Sunday 19 July 2026.
