Thanks to all the students who made the Dunedin weekend workshop so fabulous. It was lovely to be back in the beautiful Ayu Community Space. Below are a couple of reviews. If you didn't make this year I will be back again next November.

A few photos of my yoga trip to Rishikesh last month and a solo venture down to Agra after the course ☀️🧡

I will teaching a full weekend workshop in Dunedin the last weekend of Nov this year. As we come to the end of the year this workshop will be about slowing down, turning inwards and settling the nervous system. There will a couple of different quieter sequences to enjoy. The usual attention to alignment and detail will still be taught so it wont all be a walk in the park 😆

I am happy and proud to present 6 new Vinyasa Krama Moon Sequence teachers to the world! ✨️
Over the past 7 months this group of dedicated yogis have immersed themselves in the Moon Sequence and all its variations 🌙 🌕
The course was conducted over 4 long weekends with students continuing their practice in between in person with myself or with Matthew Sweeney online 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
We had the pleasure of Sue Hallas presenting the anatomy part of the course 🦴
New Zealand has been in need of some more VKM teachers. You can find these ladies in Nelson, Kaiteri and Auckland. 🇳🇿

Thanks to the Yoga Festival Tribe for another fun weekend in Nelson! Saturday morning I taught a Lion Cub Flow 🦁
We then experienced a wide range of classes on offer and had some yummy Indian lunch 🧘‍♀️🍛
A great opportunity to connect to the local yoga community and meet quite a few who have travelled here for the event. Looking forward to next year.....
