Whether you're swimming, biking, running, walking or hitting the gym, every day is another opportunity to earn points, complete fun challenges and be in to win some fantastic prizes.

Best of all, triJULY is a great way to stay motivated and active through the middle of winter, and you don't have to be a Triathlon Tauranga member to take part.
