In November 2025, Gillies Metaltech made the decision to close its pump division and discontinue its range of Indeng and EP-series effluent pumps. While the announcement may no longer be fresh, the impact is still being felt across the South Island.

Teamwork off the clock!

Over the weekend, a few of our own - Martin, Dane, and Stu, from the Reid & Harrison team volunteered their time (and muscle!) to help Simon and Lyndon from the committee assemble the new golf practice nets in Matamata. 🛠️⛳

It was a great morning of laughs, tools, and teamwork, and a perfect example of our crew stepping up for the community, even when it’s not in gumboots or over a pond.
