🏏 Our Year 5–7 cricket team is heading to Riverbend in Hawke’s Bay this week to compete in their cricket tournament — and it’s our first year being part of this exciting competition!

The team is buzzing and ready to take on some great cricket over the coming days.

Today we had a fun game against the parents — it was great to see the batting and bowling skills coming together, especially as this team hasn’t actually played together yet. It was an awesome way to kick things off and build some confidence.

✨Our first game is on Wednesday at 1.30pm at Windsor Park against Porirua City✨

A big congratulations to our co-captains, Luke and Ryland, who will be leading the team — we know you’ll both do a fantastic job.

We can’t wait to see how the team goes throughout the week — good luck and enjoy every moment! 🏏💚
