Wow... I finished up raising over $2000!

🌈 💕 🌈

I started the journey thinking I wouldn't bother fundraising, but my competitive nature kicked in...

I'm now finishing my fundraising having raised over $2000 and reached 19th place out of over 4000 who signed up for Sweat with Pride.

Thank you so much to everybody who helped me achieve this. At a time when the LGBTQ+ community continues to experience bullying and backlash, it's wonderful to be part of something that raises funds and shows the q***r people of NZ that we love them just the way they are! ♥ 🌈

My last aerial video for you guys. ♥🌈

I know we've finished June's challenge, but this is the sling routine I was working on last week.

It was pretty challenging, but today I spent ages trying again and again until I managed to get through the whole routine without getting stuck, wrapped up in sling and unable to remember the next move. (My instructor had a good laugh at me a few times! 😂)

Thanks everyone for the support this month. My wish for you this winter is that you too find a sport or physical activity that brings you happiness. ♥

I spent all class struggling with this move. Finally my instructor said I had one minute until stretching time. Pressure works wonders... I got there! 😍

Success is so much sweeter when you had to bust your arse for it! 😂 💪 😅♥️

Last day of and I finally got to a slings class!

Here's a wee video for you of the new routine we're working on.

I stopped where I did because I forgot the next bit, so EVEN THOUGH next week is no longer Sweat with Pride, I still hope to practice it again and get you guys a better video of me getting tangled in fabric!

(We only recorded the end final result, but I can assure you the class was 90% trying to untangle myself from each new move! 😂 😂)
