Strength Nation Lift Off is BACK!

Building on the success of last year’s competition, Strength Nation Lift off 2026 is here!

🗓️ Save the Date | Saturday 17 October 2026.
🏋️‍♀️ Three lifts | Bench Press, Deadlift, Back Squat.
☀️ What | A fun day full of good lifts, energy, and plenty of spot prizes to keep things fun.

$95 entry gets you:

A full 9-week training programme, starting 17 August 2026 An exclusive Strength Nation Lift Off T-shirt, choice of women’s cropped or men’s fitSupport from the Strength Nation team from your first session through to your last lift on the platform.
Open to everyone, whether you’re a Strength Nation member or not. This event is built for complete beginners who have never lifted a barbell before, right through to experienced lifters after a fun day on the platform.

🏋️‍♀️ 5:30PM - LadyHIIT - come dressed in your favourite colour, partnered workout, nutrition from FAMLY provided
