Borderlandz Paintball

Hey Team,

Due to the recent extreme weather events and state of the current NZ tourism economy. We have decided to take this oppotunity to reassess and redesign the Borderlandz Paintball field layout and function.

This means we will be not be taking bookings, as we will be unable to operate paintball games in a normal capacity while we make the necessary major changes / upgrades.

We will keep you all updated in the progress through our website and FB. You can expect our reopening later in 2023.

A big thanks to the Wairarapa / Wellington community for all the support so far; since our very first official game back in Aug 2011, we never thought over 10 years later we would still be doing this.

We look forward to our planned changes and can’t wait to invite you back in 2023!

Hey Borderlandz Fam,

Just an update on our Covid status 😷

As you are all aware we move to the Traffic Light System tomorrow, Friday 3rd December 🎄

Borderlandz will remain open to all customers, both vaccinated and unvaccinated, when the switch happens. We are able to be a contactless business during these strange times. With increased mask wearing, cleaning, social distancing along with a few changes to how a game runs, we can still offer you the fantastic sport of paintball. Phew.

So, if you have a game booked in, don’t fret, you can still come to our field, shoot your friends and have a laugh.

Borderlandz Paintball has been a family run business since 2011. We pride ourselves in what we do and the paintball experience we provide.

We are looking for more team members to join our ranks for the 2021 season and beyond. This is for a Casual position.

We operate on the weekends & sometimes during the week (by appointment only). You would be working with a partner.

Our ideal candidate will have their own transport, be reliable, be a confident communicator and be comfortable speaking in front of crowds of 20-40 players.

No experience in Paintball is necessary, as all training will be provided, having an interest in giving a great customer service is what we are after. Its likely you will get shot by the odd paintball, ideally this doesn't phase you.

What have we been up to? About time for a Borderlandz Paintball update 👍

Craig is still stuck in Aussie but doing excellent things over there (Miss you bro)! Half the field was smashed AGAIN due to that awful storm a few weeks back 😔 never fear, we have fixed it up 🔨 and are ready for games!

I have also been busy with another project.. A coffee and food cart! ☕️🥤🍟🍔🍪 You may see my Levitate Coffee Cart not only at our big paintball events, but other events and along High Street South Carterton in the very near future!
