The Premier Sponsor for the Big Air Dirt Event will be announced in August. It will be a Canterbury Demolition and Excavation Company who knows how to support the communities that need a lift. Dirt Jump Riders will be invited from NZ and Australia to compete for a total of $3000 prize money. The Lyttelton Urban Down Hill will start with a practice session from 10am -12pm on Sunday the 23rd. Followed by a final for the Open and Junior Men from 1-3pm. This year we will have a invitational Pro Elite Event following the Local riders finishing at 3pm. There will Professional World Cup Down Hill and World Tour Urban Riders Practicing and Competing from 3:30 -6:30 with our London Street Finish at 6:30. This Event is a non- profit event run by a local mountain bike trust. We do not charge an entry fee but we do welcome volunteers and donations.
