Lower Hutt karate club in Normandale. Juniors (7-12 yrs) Mon & Wed 6-7pm. Seniors (13 yrs +) Mon & Wed 7-8.30pm.
Classes focus on technique, fitness, and discipline. Learn authentic Kyokushin Karate in both Japanese and English. 1 week free trial lesson. Juniors grades 6 - 12 years old, Monday and Wednesdays 6pm to 7pm. Senior grades 13 years + Monday and Wednesdays 7pm to 8.30pm
Trial before joining for 2 weeks.

Two weeks until Kancho Matsui's seminar in Auckland on Sept 4. We normally address him as Kancho rather than Shokei. The difference? Shokei is his name and Kancho his title. Kancho means director or head of the organisation. If you meet Kancho Matsui, please address him by his title, Kancho.
