This may be the penultimate TOTW for 2026

๐Ÿ‘•Impact Bench๐Ÿ‘•:
SOVH: James Bulovich
U11 GO Red: Scout Hunter
U9 Gold: Logan Dyer

Junior Report:
๐Ÿ”ด๐ŸŸกU9 Gold & Red ๐ŸŸก๐Ÿ”ด
Had a fantastic morning at the Petone Fun Football Festival! โšฝ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘
Both teams battled hard despite being short on players due to illness, showing plenty of determination, teamwork and improvement throughout the morning.
POTD:
๐ŸŸกGold๐ŸŸก โ€“ Logan Dyer: Awesome work in defence, using his time and space brilliantly to drive through the opposition from the back and score some amazing goals.
๐Ÿ”ดRed๐Ÿ”ด โ€“ Joshua Jacob: Fantastic work in goal, making some amazing saves before working hard out on the field and showing great determination and effort.
๐Ÿ‘โšฝ๏ธ

๐Ÿ”ดU10๐Ÿ”ด
It was great to see huge smiles at the end of both games. POTD: Michael Callus who had an excellent game in defense making some important tackles.

๐Ÿ–คU11 GO Black๐Ÿ–ค
The girls played well and showed real determination even though they were down a player for the second half. Well done girls. Another great team performance. POTD: Abbie Kowalczyk for great attacking play.

โคU11 GO Red โค
The girls never gave up and chased everything right to the end. POTD: Scout Hunter who tirelessly attacked down the wing and recovered for her defensive work. Well done again girls great work ๐Ÿ‘

๐ŸŸกU11 Gold๐ŸŸก
Faced Upper Hutt Bears for the second time this season. Last time it was a draw, so we knew itโ€™d be a tight game. Despite us harassing their goal they struck first. It wasnโ€™t long until we hit back. The second half saw the battle continue with the sides very evenly matched. POTD: Zachary Harman, by scoring the equalizer with the final touch of the ball before the whistle sounded.

๐Ÿ”ดU12 Red๐Ÿ”ด
We played some great football, however a scrappy second half saw them finish stronger. POTD: Jayden Stoenber who was an absolute rock.

โšซ๏ธU13โšซ๏ธ
Played on a boggy Delaney Park at the end of the hurricane. Mud and wind were contributing factors, but the boys played a superb game. Great in defense and attack. Everyone turned on their skills and combos. POTD: Aleks Churchouse for piling on the pressure all over the pitch.

Theyโ€™ve only bloody gone and done it!!!!

The Womens team are playing tonight at 7.30pm against Wellington Marist AFC at Petone Memorial Turf.

The ladies secured promotion yesterday with a 5-0 win against IBU, and Marist had a 1-0 loss against Tawa. This leaves a 1 point difference in the standings, so if our ladies come away with the win, they take the Cap 3 title ๐Ÿคž.

Despite being tired and a bit broken I'm sure they will hustle with everything they have!

GO LADIES. You've already made us proud, lets go get it! โค๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ˜

Sunday was a bit better despite the harsh weather at the start.

Good luck to the ladies who have their final league game TONIGHT! They secured promotion yesterday and now are playing for the title. KO 7.30pm at Petone Turf

The safety of all players and patrons are our top priority and with the orange weather warning along with the state of the pitches from the recent downpours we regretfully have had to cancel tomorrows tournamnet.
