My experience in massage range from injury recovery treatments for sports teams and activities such as rugby, basketball, badminton, netball, cycling and weight lifting to client specific treatments for office and hospitality workers. I also have been trained in cupping, relaxation massage, pregnancy, therapeutic, remedial and sports massage. My formal qualifications include a Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage Therapy (Level 5) in 2017 and subsequently completed Diploma in Clinical Therapeutic Massage (Level 6) in 2018. I am currently involved in badminton through playing as a senior representative for Badminton Hutt Valley, coaching junior players and volunteering for club organisations.
