🌿 JUNE — THE FREQUENCY AWAKENING MONTH 🌿

Quick question…

Have you ever wished you could plug yourself into a charger for an hour? 😅🔋

Lately I’ve been noticing just how many people are running on empty…
Stress. Poor sleep. Low energy. Overwhelm. Aches. Busy minds. Nervous systems that never seem to fully switch off.

So this month I’m opening space for something a little different… a gentle “Recharge Experience” where people can come and experience PEMF wellness technology in a calm, relaxed environment 😊

Most people describe it as:
✨ deeply relaxing
✨ grounding
✨ calming for the nervous system
✨ helping them feel clearer, lighter, and more balanced again

Hard to explain… easier to experience.

Sometimes we simply need permission to pause, breathe, and let the body catch up for a moment 💛

If this speaks to you and you’d like to know more, feel free to message me 🌸

Fill out the 😊

Sometimes life asks us to pause… reassess… and begin again in a new way.

That’s a little of where I find myself right now 💜

Over the coming weeks I’ll be transitioning from the Ōhau clinic as I prepare for my next move not too far away from Levin and simplify life into something more aligned, peaceful, and sustainable.

Before I go, I’ll be offering final Bowen Technique and PEMF Recharge Sessions from the Ōhau space until Saturday 6th June.

If your body has been feeling:
✨ stressed
✨ exhausted
✨ emotionally overloaded
✨ tight, sore, inflamed, or “stuck”

this may be the perfect time for a gentle reset before winter fully sets in.

I’ll continue working from Levin regularly going forward, so local clients will still be able to book sessions 😊

This next chapter is about creating life with more intention, balance, freedom, and heart — and I’m looking forward to sharing more of that journey with you

It's intriguing how many people dismiss persistent aches and stiffness as mere signs of aging. However, there’s a deeper layer to consider, particularly regarding our cellular energy and health.😎
Understanding Cellular Energy and Mitochondria

- Mitochondria—Often referred to as the "powerhouses" of the cell, mitochondria are small organelles responsible for generating energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). They play a crucial role not only in energy production but also in regulating cellular metabolism and apoptosis (programmed cell death).

- Energy Production—Each cell in your body relies on these mitochondria to produce the energy it needs to function optimally. This energy is vital for various processes, including:
- Repairing damaged tissues
- Supporting immune function
- Maintaining overall cellular health

The Role of Terahertz Frequencies
- What Are Terahertz Frequencies?-These frequencies fall between microwave and infrared on the electromagnetic spectrum. They have unique properties that can interact with biological tissues, potentially influencing cellular activity.

- Impact on Mitochondria
- Efficiency—When exposed to Terahertz frequencies, mitochondria can enhance their energy production capabilities. This increased efficiency may lead to better tissue repair and reduced inflammation.

- Inflammation Resolution—Proper frequency exposure can help your body’s natural healing processes by promoting faster recovery and reducing persistent inflammation.

The Decline of Energy Production
- Reduced Exposure-Over time, many factors—such as lifestyle changes, environmental influences, and health conditions—can reduce the exposure of your cells to beneficial frequencies.

This decline can lead to:
- Diminished energy production
- Slower tissue recovery
- Increased inflammation and discomfort
- Symptoms of Low Energy Production-You might notice:
- Chronic fatigue
- Prolonged aches and soreness
- Slower healing from injuries

Taking Action: Enhancing Cellular Energy
To combat these issues, consider integrating practices that can help recharge your cells:
1. Frequency Therapy—Explore devices or treatments that utilize Terahertz frequencies to stimulate mitochondrial function. These therapies may help enhance energy production and improve overall health.
2. Healthy Lifestyle Choices
- Nutrition—Focus on a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, healthy fats, and nutrients that support mitochondrial health (like B vitamins and Coenzyme Q10).
- Exercise—Regular physical activity can enhance mitochondrial biogenesis, increasing the number of mitochondria and improving their function.
-Hydration—Staying adequately hydrated is essential for optimal cellular function.
3. Mindfulness and Stress Reduction—Practices such as meditation and yoga can help lower stress levels, which may positively impact cellular health.

Conclusion
Understanding the connection between cellular energy, mitochondrial function, and the frequencies that support them is crucial. The discomfort you feel may not solely be age-related but rather a sign of reduced cellular energy production. By consciously charging your body with the right frequencies and adopting healthy lifestyle habits, you can help your cells function optimally and improve your overall well-being.

Most people think fat is just something you can see.
But the most dangerous fat in the body is often the one you can’t.
Visceral fat is the deep fat that wraps around your organs — liver, pancreas, intestines.
And it behaves very differently from the fat under the skin.
This type of fat is metabolically active.
It releases inflammatory compounds, disrupts hormones, and is strongly linked to:
• Insulin resistance
• Blood sugar dysregulation
• Fatty liver
• Chronic inflammation
• Increased cardiovascular risk
Here’s the part that surprises most people
You do not need to be overweight to have high visceral fat.
Many “normal-weight” people carry excess visceral fat due to:
• Chronic stress (cortisol)
• Poor digestion and slow bowel transit
• Blood sugar instability
• Sedentary lifestyle
• Long-term inflammation
And unlike subcutaneous fat, visceral fat is notoriously difficult to shift with diet alone.
In fact, extreme calorie restriction can sometimes make the problem worse by driving stress hormones higher.
One of the most overlooked contributors is digestive stagnation — slow bowel movement, poor gut signalling, and tension through the lower back and abdominal region. When digestion is sluggish, metabolic waste and inflammatory signalling increase… creating the perfect environment for visceral fat to persist.
That’s why approaches that:
• Improve digestion and bowel movement
• Reduce lower back and abdominal tension
• Support circulation and metabolic signalling
can play a meaningful role in addressing visceral fat at its root — not just cosmetically.
