Kia ora whānau! ⛳🌞

What an awesome day for golf! On behalf of Mana Tatou, a huge mihi to all participants who joined us to celebrate Matariki in honour of Tangata Whenua and who each brought along non-perishable kai donations.

Your generous donations will be made into food parcels, with Hope Hub Free Store organising and setting up a food bank to give back to our community, especially the whānau who need it most. It means everything to us to be able to help those in need, and we couldn't have done it without you. ❤️

Big shout out to Horowhenua Hire for donating their trailer so we could collect all the kai on the day, legends! 🚛

Ngā mihi nui, see you all next year! 💚

Talofa lava, Kia ora whānau! ❤️

On behalf of Mana Tatou and Hope Hub Free Store, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who generously donated food to support families in need within our community. This is not a Golf Brothers initiative but, just supporting by sharing this to our community.

There is a beautiful Samoan proverb:

"E tele le lima e māmā ai le avega."

"Many hands make the burden lighter."

This saying reminds us that when we come together with a shared purpose, we can make a real difference in the lives of others. Your kindness, generosity, and willingness to give will help ease the burden for many families, and for that we are truly grateful.

Fa'afetai tele lava and Ngā mihi nui to every individual, whānau, business, and organisation who contributed. We simply could not have achieved this without your support.

A friendly reminder to all participants joining us tomorrow: As part of your registration, please remember to bring one item of non-perishable food to contribute towards this kaupapa. Your food donation is an important part of supporting families in our community and reflects the true spirit of coming together and giving back.

Please arrive on time, bring your positive energy, and let’s enjoy a great day together while continuing to uplift and support one another.

Together, we are stronger. Together, we make a difference. ❤️

Fa'afetai tele lava, Ngā mihi nui, and we look forward to seeing you all tomorrow!

The 2026 Complex Regional Pain Syndrome awareness event has come to a close, with Bombsquad emerging as the victor and retaining the shield. The two crucial points they secured proved pivotal in their success, enabling them to claim the top Stableford points. Despite a full field of competitors, Bombsquad's exceptional skill and dedication ensured their triumph, resulting in the shield's return to the office for another year. The GB would like to extend their appreciation to key sponsors, including Tatana Contracting, Te Taniko Toa whanau, Raukawa, Thermosash, Mana eats, volunteers and Levin Golf Club, for their support in making this event a success.

As the weekend approaches, the bomb squad will safeguard the shield and return it to the office. Concurrently, they will participate in a greens competition to raise awareness for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). We extend our gratitude to the Tatana whanau for their unwavering support of GB U-Matter's initiatives in Horowhenua.

As the weekend approaches, the bomb squad is prepared to return the U-matter shield to the office. As they defend the shield on the greens over Anzac weekend, we raise awareness for CRPS - Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome. Thank you to the Tatana whanau who have been there from the start of GB u-matter journey.
