Afternoon all,
As previously posted, the inaugural Over 50’s v Under 50’s was held on Sunday.
The Trophy was won by the Overs, 70 – 60.
A great fun day was had, and looking forward to next year.

Evening all, a reminder that the inaugural Over 50 v Under 50’s will be held on Sunday.
Start 11:30ish.
We’ll meet in the main bar to sort out who is there etc, as the Pool adjunct have their AGM in the Hudson Room before their games.
Then we’ll move through to the Hudson Room and start.
The teams will be sorted on the day, but I’ll explain the format and everything before we start.
The plan is that everyone who turns up will play.

Evening all,
As announced last night, the Over 50’s v Under 50’s will be moved from this Sunday, as there are heaps away in Auckland for the Darts Masters.
The new date is next Sunday, 23 August.
C’mon Hopes, Ben and the rest of the NZ/Aus players.
The Dart Vaders had their first successful defence of the Joe Taplin Cup last night.
I put the Top 10 standings (and other stats), up to last week, on the notice board.
There are several players who do not have their legs won recorded.
This is up to the team Captains to put on the game sheet each week.
If you don’t put them on there, I don’t record it.
I do not have the time to add everyone’s legs up.
If those players whose Legs Won are not recorded, and they want them to be, the team captains can collate them in a list and get them to me.
Players are going to miss out on Top 10 spots if you don’t get them to me.

Evening all,
The Fockers finally gave up possession of the Joe Taplin after 9 successful defences!
Well done to the Dart Vaders for wresting it from their grip!
There was a mis-communication regarding the Rep game v Wanganui.
They have a comp on next weekend, so the Rep game won’t go ahead.
However, we will have the Over 50 v Under 50’s game that day.
Open to all HDA members, and we’ll sort out the teams etc once everyone is registered on the day.
There are still lots of teams not putting in their legs won on the game sheet.
I don’t have the time to count them, so if you haven’t spent the time to add them up and put them on the sheet, they don’t get entered and players will miss out on Top 10 spots.
