You may recognise rebecca.grace.fitness from some of our other Katifit shenanigans đ, but behind the scenes sheâs also been working pretty hard â learning, gaining experience and working towards her own goals.
A massive congratulations to Rebecca on completing her Level 4 Exercise qualification through Te Mahi Ako , alongside Katifit.
Becky has shown so much dedication and enthusiasm for the fitness industry, and weâve loved watching her grow in confidence and knowledge along the way. Sheâs now ready to put all that learning into action â and she has a few PT spots available - so reach out to her for more info!
And another big congratulations to our Katikati College student Paige, who has completed her Level 3 qualification with us! đđ Such an awesome achievement alongside all of her other school work!
We still have a couple of students working through their qualifications here at Katifit and weâre really proud to be able to provide a place where people can learn, gain hands-on experience and take their first steps into the fitness industry.
Well done Gals! đđ¤

Some journeys are measured by PBs, others by pure determination.
Many of you will remember Sonasi from our original bodybuilding team. He was one of the leanest, strongest, hardest-working machines in the gym, always pushing himself and inspiring those around him.
After being involved in a serious accident, his focus has shifted from building strength to rebuilding it. With the support of his amazing physiotherapy team, and his beautiful wife by his side every step of the way, Sonasi is working incredibly hard on his rehabilitation.
Its so special to welcome him back home to Katikatiâand back to his gym. Seeing him proudly wearing his new KatiFit jacket reminds us that strength isnât just about how much you can lift. Itâs about resilience, courage, and never giving up.
Welcome home, Sonasi. â¤ď¸
We are so grateful to have you back with us. Your determination continues to inspire our entire KatiFit whÄnau, and we canât wait to cheer you on through every milestone ahead.
Youâve got a whole community behind you.
