🏉 THAT’S A WRAP ON THE 2026 SEASON! 🔵⚪

And just like that, our 2026 season has come to an end with our prizegivings yesterday — what a season it has been!

It was a stunning day to celebrate our teams, players, award recipients, whānau and of course, our club 💙🤍

The Committee would like to say a huge thank you to all our coaches and managers, players, volunteers and whānau for making another season at Northern Bulldogs Rugby League Club such an awesome one.

With 13 junior teams, Presidents and our Div 1 team, it has been fantastic to welcome new players and whānau into our club, while also seeing so many familiar faces return. We are so grateful to have each and every one of you as part of the Bulldogs whānau.

We kicked off the season with a working bee, where many of our senior players got stuck in and helped get the club looking in tip-top shape and ready for another season.

Throughout the year, our players showed heart, determination and true Bulldogs spirit both on and off the field 🐾

💙 Club Day was an absolute highlight, with action-packed games, plenty happening around the club and an amazing sense of Bulldogs pride from everyone who came along.

🏉 The Presidents 10s Tournament was another great success, and having all the teams come together to share kai and enjoy each other’s company was the perfect way to finish the day.

🔥 Seeing our Div 1 team make it through to the Conference Grade semi-finals made us incredibly proud. What an achievement and a testament to the hard work and commitment of the players and coaching staff.

❤️ Bringing back the Memorial Game was a very special highlight of the season. A day filled with remembrance, laughter, memories, stories and togetherness — honouring all those who have helped build our club over the years.

There have been plenty of wins, challenges, laughs, muddy fields, early mornings and unforgettable moments along the way, and we couldn’t be prouder of what our club has achieved in 2026.

To everyone who has played a part in our season — thank you. Northern Bulldogs is more than just a rugby league club, it’s a whānau, and it’s the people who make this club what it is. 💙🤍

Enjoy the break, enjoy some warmer weather and take time to recharge.

We’ll see you all back in 2027 for our 70th year — and we can’t wait to make it another amazing season! 🏉🐾
