Sunday we are part of the Summer in the Styx event on the Pūharakekenui river at 303 Radcliffe rd: come see us there

The Hire centre in Kaiapoi will be closed for a few days due to the weather and the run off coming down the Kaiapoi from the Cam and the Cust rivers.

We also do guided river tours with eco walks on the Pūharakekenui/ Styx river where we talk about how the environment around the waterway is being regenerated and how it improves the river awa quality. We offer this in Canoes at $75* a paddler and it must be booked prior to the day.

Sunday 25th has a good window of opportunity to do this so if you are interested please message the page so we can book you in advance.

This is a unique opportunity to learn about the awa and the environment and what’s being done to protect it for future generations.
