An update from the Broad family to share with everybody that we have recently sold Beersheba Estate.
The new owners Simon and Megan are continuing on the accommodation and are rebranding as Millton Park Estate. We wish them all the best for the future. A heartfelt thanks to all who have been involved in the journey here over the past 20 wonder filled years.❤️
I (Michael) am downsizing to Swinton St, Invercargill.

Thought we had an empty nest here at Beersheba over New Year’s but our Peking ducks presented us with a late Christmas present.

Celebrating 15 years of hosting guests here today. Thanks to family and friends who have encouraged us along the way and the thousands of guests over those years. We’ve loved hearing your stories. Thank you all.

George Harrison famously sang "Here comes the sun..." Reminded of those words this morning. Warms not just our bodies but our souls.

It was so tough deciding on a winner for our Cottage Staycation package from so many deserving people, but as a family, we just couldn’t go past one couple.
Congratulations to Avril Moeke-Tetai and partner Hayden!
We understand this has been a tough time leaving your home in Invercargill, your boys and whanau support to be in Auckland to give birth to your beautiful baby girl who needed immediate heart surgery at Starship. On top of this you also lost your dear dog, something we have just gone through, and you’ve done through all this within an already stressful lockdown. Our thoughts are with you and your family, and we wanted to set this gift aside for you to enjoy when you return home.
Thank you to everyone that commented or nominated someone deserving. We would love to see you at Beersheba some time soon!
Blessings - Mike and Anne.
