The latest Wāhine in Trades Southland meet‑up was a Taekwon‑Do night in Invercargill! 💙🥋

The group learnt about the martial art’s history, practised techniques, and had a go at breaking boards 💥

Shout‑out to Invercargill Chang-Hon Taekwon-Do for hosting, led by Matthew Kennett from All Tyres Invercargill, and his wife Destiny.

And a huge thanks to MITO Training Advisor Keri Youngman for all the incredible work she does to help create opportunities for women to build confidence and try new skills through Wāhine in Trades Southland.
