I just got home from another reiki workplace mini session at my son’s daycare, something I’ve been doing there for the past couple of years now.
Every time I leave, the teachers walk away more relaxed, clearer in themselves, and buzzing to compare spirit animals with each other. It’s honestly one of my favourite parts.
What a lot of people don’t know is I offer Reiki for teams and workplaces too, not just one on one at my studio in Huntly. If this sounds like something your workplace could use, have a chat with your colleagues and see who’s keen.
I do mini sessions for up to eight people, two hours for $250. Lunchtime slots are available too, so you can do swapsies with your workmates and everyone gets a turn.

For those who haven’t met me yet, Reiki works with the energy running through you, clearing what’s blocked and bringing you back into alignment. During your session I read what your body needs most and give you pointers for how to align your life and find more balance moving forward.
You might feel heat or tingling. You might feel nothing at all in the moment and notice the shift later that day, or the next. Whatever you feel is exactly what you need to feel, because your body knows what it’s doing.
The last two times I opened these up they filled fast with local women coming back again and again. If you’ve been curious but haven’t booked in yet, this is a lovely, low pressure way to try it for yourself.
Session options:
Mini session, 30 minutes, $50
Full reiki and reading session, 2 hours $190
Payment is required to secure your appointment.

You've probably seen me posting about Reiki here over the last month. I've been offering sessions here in Huntly for five years now, and getting to know so many local women through that, hearing your stories, has genuinely inspired so much of what I do. Today I want to show you what I've been working on in the background.
For years I looked like I had it together on the outside, busy, capable, always showing up for everyone. But underneath that I felt completely disconnected from myself, and my body eventually started speaking louder through exhaustion and overwhelm I couldn't explain. That's what led me to create a resource even the busiest moms can fit into their schedule.
It's called A Body-Led Journey of Soul Remembering, and it's exactly that, a way back to yourself. A way to finally hear what your body's been trying to tell you, let go of what was never really yours to carry, and start feeling like you again.
This actually started as a live six week beta earlier in the year, and what the women who went through it told me shaped every part of the final version. It's now four short, 20 minute hypnosis sessions, fully self paced, so you can move through it whenever it fits your life.
Founder pricing: $44 USD (about $75 NZD), yours for life, and it's only open to the first 20 mothers who sign up.
It's fully online, so you can start it from home, whenever works for you.
