Another fantastic day for our Pre-Academy Wanderers!

Our young players were back in action on Sunday, August 30, building on the confidence and experience from Match Day 1. There was plenty of enthusiasm, teamwork, determination and some great football on display across all of our teams.

We're incredibly proud of the way our players continue to embrace the challenge, learn from every game and, most importantly, enjoy playing football with their teammates. 💙💛⚽

Our Landmark Homes Holiday Programme is coming back to Guthrie Park, and we’d love to see the community join us!

As we look back through the photos from our Junior Prize Givings, we’re reminded of just how much goes into making a season at Havelock North Wanderers AFC so special.

A huge THANK YOU to every coach, manager, referee, volunteer, team official and supporter who gave their time, energy and passion throughout the season. Your commitment behind the scenes makes it possible for our players to step onto the field, learn, grow and most importantly, enjoy their football. 👏

And of course, to our players — congratulations! 🏆 Whether you were celebrating individual achievements, team success, personal growth or simply the joy of playing the game, we are incredibly proud of every single one of you. 💙

Tania works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our club moving, supporting our teams, players, coaches, volunteers and families. 💙 CDL PRIZE GIVING 💙

Last Friday, we had the privilege of coming together to celebrate our CDL players and everyone who has been part of their journey this season.

A massive thank you to our incredible coaches, managers, volunteers and referees. So much time, effort and care goes into making CDL happen, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you have given to our players throughout the season.

A special thank you to our specialist coaches, GK Coach Brendon Adema and Development Coach Chris Jackson, for the extra time, knowledge and support you have provided to our players. Your contribution to their development has made a real difference. 👏

To our players — we are so proud of you. ❤️

Football isn't always about the results, and this season has brought plenty of different challenges and experiences across our teams. What matters is the commitment you have shown, the lessons you've learned, the friendships you've built and the way you've continued to turn up, work hard and represent the Wanderers.

Congratulations to all of our award winners — our Unison Medal recipients, Most Improved Players and Most Valued Players. These awards are a wonderful recognition of the effort, attitude and growth you've shown throughout the season. 🏅👏

A huge congratulations also to our U13 CDL Mixed team, who finished their CDL campaign with a fantastic 2–1 win! What a great way to finish the season and a result the team can be proud of. ⚽️🙌

🏆 U13 CDL GIRLS — CDL TEAM OF THE YEAR! 🏆

A HUGE congratulations to our U13 Girls, who were named CDL Team of the Year!

This is such a fantastic recognition of a group who have shown incredible commitment, togetherness and determination throughout the season. From the first session to the final whistle, this team has continued to grow, challenge themselves and believe in each other — and that is something truly special.

We couldn't be prouder. 💙

To every player, coach, manager, volunteer, referee and family member who has supported our CDL program this season — thank you.
