Studio Update 🫶

After 4 incredible years of movement, connection, and community, it’s time for a new chapter. Rise Enpointe studio will be closing on Saturday 1st November.
This space has been filled with so much energy, growth, and passion. I’ve loved every early morning, every sweaty session, and every moment watching you all grow in confidence. You’ve inspired me more than you know and I’m so proud of what we’ve built together.
While this chapter is coming to a close, I’m excited for what’s next and so grateful for everything this journey has given me.
Let’s make these final 8 weeks full of movement, laughter, and fun 🫶

I’ve come to realise that in life whether in business or in friendships, you are not going to be everyone’s cup of tea. It took me to run my own business to realise this. There are clients who have come and gone in the studio that just don’t like my workouts. Classes are too hard, too fast, not enough like Pilates or I’m too hard out for them. Is it a hard pill to swallow. Sometimes. But these days I look at what I do have, in my regulars, the ones that show up to the hard, the fast, the not so Pilates and the hard core me and I see what they have achieved in the time they have been with me and I know, I don’t need anything more.
My clients are the best of the best and I’m so flipping grateful for each and everyone of them 🫶
