We say farewell to Kyoshi Kayako who is moving up to Auckland Kyoshi has been with us since we started in July 2018. We wish Kyoshi all the best.

Massive congrats to all our wonderful Hastings Seido students who graded tonight. You all did an amazing job and should be proud of yourselves for a great spirit, good technique, and awesome resilience 😁. I would like to thank Sensei Rick for joining us tonight; and Sensei Robert, Kyoshi Kayoko and Senpai Pippa for all your hard working teaching our children and facilitating a great grading (also thanks to Fiona for the yummy pizza afterwards!). Osu! Reminder: last class for this term is this Friday 6-7pm and then a 2week break over the school holidays.

The dates are out for the Seido karate tournament in Lower Hutt! This is an awesome family day, teach your parent a kata and dojo katas 🙂 Osu!

Unfortunately due to the state of emergency in HB and some of our families still without power, we have made the difficult decision that the Seido Hastings group will not be attending the karate camp this weekend. We wish those from other dojos attending well at the camp. Osu all and keep safe ❤️🥰
