The importance of the trail arm movement in the golf swing.
The elbow is moved by rotation, not the right hand.
Importance of establishing good structure early in the golf swing.
The backswing doesn’t hit the ball but it allows the golfer the opportunity
to react more athletically in the through swing.

Great time down at Onga Onga GC today!
Went over a few different concepts around ball striking off the ground and tee. Also worked on intentionally hitting a shot shape with the driver to give the players the best chance at keeping the ball in play.

Hi everyone,
As you you all know Hastings Golf Centre has been shut while cyclone relief personnel are based in the showgrounds .
