A special milestone for our Tumbling programme — this is our first year offering competitive tumbling, and two of our tumbling athletes have qualified for Nationals! 🤸‍♀️

We’re also thrilled to have three T&GC coaches selected to coach at Nationals — Abbey Day (Tumbling), Martine Erasmus (Rhythmic) and Nicole Schuster (WAG).

A huge congratulations to all of our qualifiers! We can’t wait to see you represent Waikato on the national stage. 🏆🇳🇿

Our WAG Step 1–4 Elementary girls finished the season on an absolute high at Midlands Champs in Hamilton over the weekend! 💕🤸‍♀️🏆

We are so proud of every single girl and the effort, commitment and progress they have shown throughout the year. Watching them grow and develop has been pretty special!

A huge shoutout to our coaching and judging teams — you guys are the best! 🙌🏼 We had judges representing T&GC all weekend, and we are so grateful. Our coaches have done an incredible job preparing these girls all season, and their knowledge, attention to detail and commitment to helping each gymnast reach their potential has absolutely paid off! 👀✨

And of course, thank you to our amazing parents for your endless support. We had a BIG crowd of supporters behind the girls, and they were absolutely pumped! We loved seeing our big girls there cheering everyone on too — that team spirit is what it’s all about! ❤️💙🤍

What a way to finish the Junior & Senior competition season! Our gymnasts competed at Auckland Champs last weekend at Counties, wrapping up the season with some great routines.

We’ve seen so much progress across the season, with the girls building confidence and consistency in their routines, while many also added new skills along the way.

A huge thank you to Counties for hosting a great competition 👏 and to our coaching team, judges and supporters who have been there throughout the season 🙏. We appreciate you. ❤️

On Sunday we held our annual Spiralz @ T&GC Elementary Rhythmic Gymnastics competition! What an amazing day! Thank you to Howick Rhythmics, Future Gymnastics, North Harbour Xtreme and Counties Manukau for joining us 💛

A massive thank you to all of our incredible staff, coaches and volunteers who made this event possible. There is a huge amount of work that goes into holding an endorsed event of this size and we couldn’t do it without you!

Thank you to Pukete Neighbourhood House for allowing us to use the lounge space for prize giving and also the use of your eftpos machine, chairs and tressle tables. You are amazing and we appreciate the amazing relationship our two organisations have built over the years 🙌🏼

What a fantastic weekend for Turn & Gymnastic Circle at the Te Awamutu GFA and Tumble Competition! 💙❤️

Our gymnasts showcased incredible determination, sportsmanship, and teamwork, with impressive results across all levels. Everyone represented the club with pride and supported one another throughout the weekend.

🏆 Outstanding Overall Results:

🥇 Abby - Level 3 Under 9 Overall Champion
🥇 Tian - Level 3 Over 9 Overall Champion

✨ We also celebrated numerous apparatus wins and podium finishes across Levels 2-6, with strong performances on vault, bars, beam and floor.

🥇 Lexi - National Level 5 Champion
🥇 Grace - Short Track Junior 2 Champion

Alongside many other podium and top-six finishes, these results are a testament to the hard work and commitment our athletes put into training each week.

One of the best parts of the weekend was seeing the friendships, encouragement, and team spirit on display. Whether wrapped in blankets waiting for their turn, cheering from the sidelines, competing on the floor, or celebrating on the podium, our gymnasts showed what being part of the T&GC whanau is all about. 💙
