✂️ SHAVE FOR A CURE 💙

We were so proud to have our Varda Hairdressing and Barbering students head along to Hamilton Boys’ High School to help with their Shave for a Cure event.

It was an awesome opportunity for our students to put their skills into action while supporting such an important cause — with plenty of brave volunteers taking the plunge and saying goodbye to their hair! 🙌

Experiences like this are what training is all about: building confidence, working alongside others, giving back to our community and using their skills for something that really matters.

A huge thank you to Hamilton Boys’ High School for having us, and well done to everyone who took part and helped raise awareness and funds for Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand. 💙

Mikhayla is looking for 2 models for her final assessment on Thursday 3rd September! 💇🏽‍♀️✂️🎨

She is looking for models wanting one of these restyle cut and colour looks:

✨ Look 1: Dark with red mids & ends and restyle cut

✨ Look 2: Dark with blonde strip at front and restyle cut

Hair needs to be natural or light if coloured.

All models will need to come in for a consultation and strand test prior to the assessment.
