Fairfield Athletic Club

Parents and caregivers play a huge role in making community sport possible. If your child enjoys athletics at Fairfield, consider giving a little back by becoming an official. This course is suitable for anyone wanting to learn more about the sport, support athletes, and help create a safe, positive environment. Quite simply, athletics doesn't run itself. It relies on volunteers stepping forward to help make competitions and events happen for all our young athletes. See further details below!

Our Level 1 Officials Course is a practical first step into athletics officiating. Learn the events, stadium procedures, safety and safeguarding, and how to support athletes in a positive, collaborative environment.

Just a reminder to join us for the Fairfield Athletics 2025/2026 Prizegiving & Annual General Meeting, held next Sunday 19th April at 3:00pm in the Fairfield Intermediate School Auditorium.

We warmly invite all athletes and their families to come along and celebrate the season’s achievements together. Please bring a plate to share for afternoon tea.
