FightFit offers a variety of classes including Boxing, Kickboxing, Strength, Conditioning, Technique and Sparring.
All our classes will get you fit, strong, lean, confident, looking and feeling your best! At FightFit we cater to everyone and anyone regardless of your, age, gender, fitness, or skill levels. We have a wide member base, ranging from complete beginners who have never put on gloves all the way to competitive fighters. What makes FightFit different are our trainers, all with Boxing/Kickboxing/MMA fights under their belt, they will teach you proper technique and help develop your skills

WELCOME TO THE FIGHTFIT TEAM, TE HAENGA!
We’re stoked to welcome Te Haenga to the FightFit team, where he’ll be leading our Teens Kickboxing Classes every Monday & Wednesday at 4:15pm!
Born and raised in Hamilton, Te Haenga has grown up around combat sports. Both of his parents were fighters, and today he and his three brothers are all actively involved in the sport.
He’s competed across several disciplines, both here in New Zealand and overseas, and has had the opportunity to train alongside some of the best fighters in the world.
Through fighting and competing, Te Haenga has developed discipline, resilience, confidence and a strong work ethic...experiences that have shaped who he is both inside and outside the gym.
Whether your teen is completely new to kickboxing or already has experience and wants to take their striking to the next level, these sessions are a great way to build fitness, confidence, discipline and real world striking skills.
