It’s Club Day for our lads, so get your club kit on and get to JSP to cheer the lads on!

The surviving veterans of the inaugural Coalpit Trophy match back in 2013, William Wright and Troy Tauwhare with the trophy last Saturday, both are Centurions for their Union's.

Our West Coast lads are back for Round 2, heading over to Buller to take on our neighbours on their home turf! 💪
This weekend is a big one as Buller hosts their exciting Food & Footy Festival, celebrating their first home Heartland Championship game of the season, kicking off at 1:00pm. Plenty of footy, food and atmosphere to enjoy! 🔥🏉

Junior Club season wrapped up for 2026.
An awesome festival day at John Sturgeon Park with all our kids playing in our Junior Rugby Festival, was a perfect way to finish the season.
Huge thanks to our coaches, managers, parents, clubs and volunteers who make junior footy happen week after week.
Well done to every kid who pulled on a jersey this season, unreal effort from all of you.
Big shoutout to our major sponsors Westpower and Westland Milk for backing junior rugby on the Coast and helping us keep the game accessible for our families.

A huge thank you to our Rugby Community Manager Oscar Pamment; for everything he’s contributed to West Coast Rugby in the past year and a half. His passion, energy, and dedication will be missed in our game across the region, and we’re incredibly grateful for the impact he’s made.
Friday was Oscar’s last day working with us, but this definitely isn’t goodbye. You'll still see him on the sideline, supporting and contributing in new ways.
