Mataura Angling Club

Mataura Angling Club trip to Poolburn Resivour 9th to 12th April 2026 a lot of first timers to Poolburn who thought the place was amazing, 24 Fish landed for the weekend, Resivour is very low but the weather was good, this trip corresponded with the inter club Gore Shooters World competition hosted by Gore, with Wyndham and Mataura on Sunday 12th April. Mataura ended up the winners thanks to Poolburn fish, Gore came second and Wyndham came third. Can't wait for next year's trip...
