A massive congratulations to Hugo Phillips, who has been crowned Under 15 Boys Champion at the North Island Junior Age Group Championships @ Hawkes Bay Squash Rackets in Napier! 👏🔥

This is an outstanding achievement and a testament to Hugo’s hard work, dedication and commitment to improving his game. To win a North Island title is something very few players achieve, and everyone at Surf City is incredibly proud of you.

Hugo now becomes just the third Gisborne player to win a North Island Junior Age Group title, joining some very special company:

🏆 Ariata Kutia – Under 11 Champion (2013) & Under 13 Champion (2014)
🏆 Hugo Phillips – Under 15 Champion (2026)

To have your name alongside these players is a remarkable achievement and one you should be immensely proud of.
