Season Membership 2026 / 2027

Club Prizegiving & AGM

We look forward to our Club Prizegiving this upcoming Sunday, with the Club AGM following directly afterwards.

The AGM is a chance to look back on the past season, discuss plans for 2026/27, and have members involved in some important decisions for the Club.

Members will be asked to vote on:

Motion 1: Continue Season Passes for 2026/27
Motion 2: Introduce a Points Only Season Pass
Motion 3: Continue using the Sporty App
Motion 4: Approve 2026/27 Season Calendar and Number of Point Days
Motion 5: Points Day Format
Motion 6: Race Track Direction
Motion 7 Committee: Elect the President, Secretary, Treasurer and other Committee Officers

Voting: Financial Members are entitled to one vote. Voting will be by show of hands, with a simple majority required to pass a motion. In the event of a tied vote, the Chairperson has the deciding vote.

We look forward to celebrating the season with everyone at Prizegiving and then working together to plan for another great year of Eastland Kart Club!

We will be out at the track tomorrow from around 10am if anybody has some spare time,bring a spade if u have one we will be straightning up some tires and tidying up.

Well we have been busy over the last couple weekends new drains dug (huge thanks to Sam Hughes)tyre wall up and fixed moved stands moved few loads of dirt starting to take shape thanks everyone appreciate the help till next weekend
