This weekend we're hosting an Acro Yoga Gathering here in Gisborne! 🤸‍♀️✨ Tomas Molinolo & Abi Wiseman (organizers)

It's a full weekend of workshops, with classes for everyone—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

Acro Yoga is a playful mix of yoga, partner acrobatics, and connection. It's all about having fun, building trust, learning new skills, and being part of an amazing community.

We've got incredible teachers coming from all around New Zealand, so it's the perfect chance to give it a go if you've ever been curious!

Hope to see some new faces there! 💛

In my yoga class today, I ended by inviting everyone to reflect on what they’re grateful for. And here’s mine: I’m grateful for the full class I had today, for the beautiful smiles I got to see, for the sweet visit from dear friends 🧡 and for the love in my life.

Life isn’t always a bed of roses, but I’m so thankful for every chance to grow into a better version of myself.

I also feel incredibly lucky for everything I’ve achieved—both the material and the immeasurable—and for all the love that surrounds me.

Wishing you a gorgeous day ✨ I hope you find a moment to pause, breathe, and think about what makes you feel grateful. Life’s too short to dwell on what’s not working out.

My new neighborhood... feeling blessed and grateful 🙏

Life is treating me well ❤️, and I am grateful for everything I have been given, granted, or have worked hard for.

My advice: Be a good person, work hard, dream big, and never think anything is impossible to achieve... and the universe will bring what is yours 🥳

So grateful for being part of Gisborne Region and be there together, with amazing operators, selling our region and representing ❤️

Our oceanfront cafe is closing tomorrow for the season and I will have the pleasure to take the sunrise yoga class tomorrow at 6:45am ❤️

What a great way of starting the day. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to teach in a such beautiful space, surrounded by nature... Listening to the sound of the waves and the birds when doing yoga.

Grateful for all the amazing yogis that join me & others teachers 6:45am Saturday & Sunday.
