We are a small Jiu Jitsu club run out of the Wainui Tennis Club.
Fundamentals, are key to setting a good foundation. Kids don’t rise to the occasion, they fall back of their training and the habits they ingrain.

Awesome to have one of our newest Hammerheads Luca stepping up and demonstrating the mermaid sweep. It’s amazing how much they pick up especially all of the key details that you say to them during instruction.
